Training in the water
Your chance for more energy and zest for life
Aqua fitness combines effective training with soothing relaxation. In the water, you strengthen muscles, endurance, and flexibility in a particularly joint-friendly way. The natural resistance of the water makes every movement effective and pleasantly easy at the same time.
This course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you want to improve your fitness, alleviate discomfort, or simply do something good for yourself, our experienced trainers will provide attentive guidance and tailor the exercises to your individual needs. In small groups, you'll benefit from personalized attention, a high level of safety, and a workout that feels good and delivers visible results.
With each session, you'll feel your body become stronger, more flexible, and more stable, while stress and tension ease. The water promotes circulation and balance, acts like a gentle massage, and is particularly helpful for conditions such as joint problems or limited mobility.
