the first jump into the water

Water familiarization & learning to swim

The first contact with the water

In our lovingly designed course, children aged 5 and up discover water step by step. In small groups, we create a calm, safe atmosphere where fears can be reduced and a love of water can grow.

Our experienced and empathetic coaches provide individual and patient guidance to each child. With clear structure, child-friendly instruction, and simple exercises, children learn the basics of breaststroke – at their own pace and with many small successes that build self-confidence.

The course runs for eight weeks, with one 45-minute session per week. This regularity provides security, promotes sustainable progress, and makes learning to swim a positive and memorable experience.
